My name is George Bogdan Pascaru and I’ve been fishing since I was 4 years old, but more in the professional area for the last 15 years.  I am involved in almost all fishing chapters: protecting the waters and the fish stock, assisting in eliminating the illegal fishing and educating the anglers on complying with the UK laws.

I have more than 10 years of management experience, I organise a social fishing competition with over 100 competitors from 6 countries.

My goals as an angler are: To promote my fishing Team all over the world. One of my long-term goals is to become an Environment Agency enforcement officer, to be able to protect more of the UK waters and fish stock. At the moment, I’m an Area Coordinator Volunteer Water Bailiff of the Angling Trust and I manage a 40 volunteer team in South of London and Kent. Together we work to stop the illegal fishing and poaching on UK waters.

I began professional fishing 10 years ago. For the first 4 years, I was a carp angler and I spent my time and my resources learning about the carp habitats and the latest tackle to fish them. I met an impressive number of UK carp anglers, from which I learned a lot of secrets.

For the last 6 years, I moved from carp fishing to predator fishing, which was an area where I was more interested in. I learn about all predators from the UK, fresh and still waters and every day I spend a few moments, thinking of how to trick them.

Currently, my fishing team & I are sponsored by Hook-eze, BoniBaits, ProAngler & Bamse Lures.
