I reckon I was probably around 3 years of age when I first picked up a rod. My father taught me to fish in the fresh streams of Barrington Top s in New South Wales, chasing Rainbow & Brown Trout with garden worms. This eventually evolved to using spinners & hard body lures, fishing for Trout, Bass, Perch & Yellow Belly.
When I moved to Sydney, I started fishing the estuaries before heading out to sea & over the years, my passion for fishing has grown. Whether it ā s fishing freshwater chasing Trout, live baiting for Kingfish in the saltwater or fishing the flats for Flathead, I love it.
I try to get out on the Charters as often as possible, I enter Comps & just fish anywhere on the New South Wales south coast as much as I can. I love learning & trying new techniques, knots & different methods to improve my skills and land more fish, but I always have fun!
